Terms of Service
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of GTM Brigade, a service provided by GTM 30 SRL, a company registered in Romania (“GTM Brigade”, “we”, “us”): the web application, the website at gtmbrigade.com, the Chrome extension, our API, and our connector for AI assistants (together, the “Service”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
About these terms
GTM Brigade is a business-to-business service. By creating an account, starting a trial, or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the company or organization you use the Service for, and you confirm that you are at least 18 and allowed to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is not offered to consumers acting outside their trade, business, or profession.
Accounts and sign-in
- You sign in with LinkedIn, with Google, or with an email address and password. When you sign in with LinkedIn or Google, that provider shares your basic profile and email address with us, as described in the Privacy Policy. Some features, such as publishing to LinkedIn, need your LinkedIn account connected.
- Your work lives in an organization (a workspace). The person who creates it is its owner and can invite members and decide what they can do. The owner is responsible for the members they invite and for the organization's plan and billing.
- Keep your login details to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give us accurate information, and keep your billing details up to date.
Free trial
A new organization gets a 7-day free trial. You do not need a card to start it, and it never turns into a paid plan on its own. The trial includes a fixed allowance of credits (2,000 search credits, 10,000 AI credits, and 50 lead enrichment credits) and cannot be extended. There is one trial per person and one per company email domain.
When the 7 days are up, the organization moves to the Free plan, which keeps engagement tracking but includes no credits. Your data stays in your account, and you can choose a paid plan at any time to pick up where you left off.
Paid plans and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, at the price shown when you check out. Where a plan is priced per seat, you pay for the seats you choose.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Invoices are available in the app and from Stripe.
- Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then current price, until you cancel. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you have time to cancel.
- If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it. If it still cannot be collected, we may limit paid features until the balance is paid.
Credits
Some actions use credits. There are three kinds: search credits (finding posts and extracting leads), AI credits (generating comments, posts, and other AI work), and lead enrichment credits (finding contact and company details for a lead). The app shows how many credits an action costs and how many you have left.
- Plan credits. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of each kind. Unused plan credits roll over, up to a limit: after a renewal, a kind never holds more than two months of your plan's allowance. Anything above that limit is removed at the renewal.
- Purchased credit packs. Credits you buy as a pack are kept separately and do not expire.
- Credits are not money. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred outside your organization, and are not refunded except as described under Refunds.
Upgrades, downgrades, cancellation
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period.
- Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. You keep your current plan and its allowance until then.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and then does not renew. After that, the organization moves to the Free plan.
Refunds
Fees are not refundable, except in these cases:
- Duplicate payments. If the same organization is charged twice for the same plan, the duplicate is detected and refunded automatically, in full.
- Account credit. If your account holds a credit balance with us (for example, from a plan change in the middle of a billing period) and your plan is cancelled with immediate effect, that leftover credit is refunded to your payment method.
- Anywhere the law requires a refund.
If you think you were charged by mistake, email us and we will look into it.
Taxes
GTM 30 SRL is not registered for VAT, so our prices include no VAT.
Acceptable use
When you use the Service, you agree not to:
- send spam, or use the Service for unsolicited bulk messages or deceptive outreach;
- set the Service up to publish comments or posts that nobody has reviewed, or to fake engagement (engagement pods, bought reactions, or accounts that are not real people);
- break LinkedIn's User Agreement or the terms of any other platform you connect;
- harass, impersonate, or mislead anyone, or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights;
- process personal data through the Service without a lawful basis, or contact people in a way the privacy and marketing laws that apply to you do not allow;
- scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its data, get around credit limits, usage limits, or security controls, or access another organization's data;
- reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation or other customers' use of it.
We may remove content or limit an account that breaks these rules.
LinkedIn and what gets published
You approve what is published. GTM Brigade drafts comments and posts; it publishes to LinkedIn under your name only what you approved, scheduled, or set up yourself in an automation you turned on. Every comment, post, reaction, and message published from your account is yours, and you are responsible for it.
GTM Brigade is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn. Your use of LinkedIn stays subject to LinkedIn's own terms, and LinkedIn decides how it treats your account. We build the Service to work within LinkedIn's limits, but we cannot control LinkedIn's decisions and are not responsible for actions LinkedIn takes on your account.
AI-generated content
The Service uses AI models to suggest comments, posts, summaries, scores, and other text. AI output can be wrong, out of date, or not suitable for your audience, and similar suggestions may be produced for other users. Review AI-generated content before you publish or rely on it. You are responsible for what you choose to publish or send. As between you and us, you own the content you publish.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of the content and data you put into the Service: your knowledge base, drafts, leads, lists, and settings. You give us permission to host, process, and display it only as needed to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
When you add or enrich leads, or connect a CRM or outreach tool, you decide what personal data is processed and why. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for it and for honouring the rights of the people concerned; we process that data on your instructions.
Public LinkedIn data and rankings
Parts of the Service, including our public creator rankings at gtmbrigade.com/ranking, are built from publicly visible LinkedIn activity, as described in the Privacy Policy. Anyone shown on a ranking or roast page can ask for it to be removed, with or without a GTM Brigade account, at gtmbrigade.com/ranking/delist. You agree not to use these pages to harass or target the people on them.
The Chrome extension
The GTM Brigade Chrome extension is optional. It works in your own browser on the LinkedIn pages you open, shows GTM Brigade suggestions in a side panel, and sends to your account the page content needed for the features you use. It does not publish anything without your action. These Terms and LinkedIn's terms apply to your use of it, and you can remove it from Chrome at any time.
Availability and changes
- We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may need maintenance windows, and services we rely on (LinkedIn, Stripe, AI model providers, hosting) can fail.
- We improve the Service continuously and may add, change, or remove features. If a change takes away a significant part of a paid plan you are using, you can cancel it as described above.
- Integrations with other services (CRMs, outreach tools, AI assistants) are governed by those providers' terms as well as these.
- We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
Warranties and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms, and we do not guarantee any particular result, such as reach, engagement, leads, or revenue.
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, or data, and our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or wilful misconduct.
You will cover our reasonable costs from claims by third parties caused by content you published through the Service or by your breach of these Terms.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service, cancel your plan, or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that does not pay, breaks these Terms, or puts the Service, LinkedIn accounts, or other people at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. When an account is closed, access ends and its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as payment owed, liability, and governing law) survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us first will be decided by the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
