About Sara Stella
Most B2B companies struggle to explain what they do clearly enough to make the right buyers stop and listen. I fix the story and build the systems to reach and convert the people who need to hear it. Over the last decade, I've built marketing functions from scratch and scaled them at sales-led B2B companies across SaaS and service-based businesses of all sizes, always working at the intersection of product marketing, content, and GTM strategy.54,000+ GTM professionals follow me on LinkedIn, I write a newsletter on AI-powered GTM playbooks, and I lecture on content distribution and modern channel strategy to postgraduate business leaders at FHNW and HWZ. I work on a fractional and advisory basis, helping B2B companies build go-to-market systems at the intersection of product marketing, content, and sales. Number 1 in content marketing and copywriting, which my mom now explains to people at dinner parties as "she does something with marketing and social media, but not Instagram." What's changed since last year: 🌀 My content went through a bit of an identity crisis. I got tired of talking only about content marketing, even if that's still what I do best. ⚡ The Workflow opened up a whole different lane: AI, GTM, the possibilities and the occasional disasters. 🤌

I can't stop thinking about this Tweet. On LinkedIn, you're alwayssss days late. So I built something to get there first. Staying current in your industry is one of the most underrated growth plays on here. There's a name for it: newsjacking. You take a story that just broke and add your own take before anyone else does. Being the first credible voice while it's still moving is what earns the distribution. And the lag works in your favor. By the time a story trends here, it broke on X two days earlier, which leaves a 24 to 48 hour window to have the take before everyone else catches up.

I've accepted that most people will promote whatever they're selling, no matter what, even when it means scamming people or making up data out of thin air. 🍗 Fine. Everyone has to eat. But there's a line somewhere, or at least there should be, and a lot of "thought leaders" are sprinting straight past it. ‼️ Quick refresher: Nearly 150,000 people have lost their tech jobs this year. For the last couple of months, my feed has been an even split between people announcing
