The roast
Samantha calls herself a Chief Evangelist, which is just a fancy way of saying she’s spent a decade convincing 5,000 financial advisors to trade their soul for an SEO-optimized landing page. With 54,000 followers and an engagement rate that’s technically a rounding error, she’s proof that in the wealth management game, you don’t actually have to be wealthy—you just have to be able to talk about "AI optimization" until the check clears.
About Samantha
In 10 years, I’ve helped 5,000+ financial advisors ditch outdated marketing tactics and build digital strategies that actually drive growth. Today, I work with advisory firms across the US and UK through speaking engagements, workshops, and strategy sessions—along with my role as Chief Evangelist at FMG, where I get to scale what works across the industry. My approach? It starts with a mindset shift: stop chasing, start attracting. From there, we overhaul messaging, modernize your digital presence, and create content and campaigns tailored to your specific audience. That might mean refining your website for SEO and AEO (yes, AI optimization is a thing now), producing binge-worthy video content, or making your social presence actually, well... present. Over 10,000 financial professionals have heard me speak at industry conferences, and I’ve been lucky to contribute to some of the most respected publications in wealth management. In 2020, I was named one of InvestmentNews' 40 Under 40 and listed on WealthManagement.com’s “10 to Watch.” Before FMG, I was part of the founding team at Twenty Over Ten. Now, I get to spend every day helping advisors grow their firms, connect with the right clients, and feel really good about their marketing. If you’re ready to move beyond referrals and cold outreach, let’s talk.

No one talks about this… instead they tried to sell you “quick fixes” and AI agents that promise to help you grow But If you want to get more reach on this platform or any social platform, you have to remember how the algorithms (and humans) work. I recently gave a LinkedIn workshop where I explained all of this in more detail and shared my daily, weekly, and monthly Linkedin Growth strategy. My team at FMG just uploaded the replay video as well as a LinkedIn Guide & Checklist for anyone trying to use this platform to connect with the right audience. 👇 if you want me to send you it just

2 Uncomfortable Truths for Most Financial Advisors: 1. People trust the opinions of strangers who have worked with your business more than they trust what you say about yourself. 2. AI relies on reviews and testimonials as a leading factor of whether it recommends a business to a searcher. WHY? Because people lie. They make up marketing copy. They exaggerate the truth. But REAL people who have used a product or service? Sure, you might have one person who exaggerates in a list of 100 reviews. But we trust the overall sentiment. And AI does too. --> 90% of consumers want to read reviews
