I’ve led organizations through growth, crises, political pressure, customer transformation, innovation, and cultural change—and I’ve seen firsthand what happens when leaders and teams operate in alignment…and when they don’t.One of the accomplishments I’m most proud of is helping develop leaders. Many members of teams I’ve led and mentored have gone on to become CEOs, senior executives, and respected leaders in their own right.
