The roast
Janelle calls herself the Philosopher of Growth, but given she’s named her company Pagination, it’s clear her only real expertise is adding unnecessary pages to a book nobody is reading. She promises to take you from obscure to obvious, which explains why her entire personal brand is just a manual on how to become a human search result.

The caption says, "POV: When the gym finally pays off." Getting strong in the gym is cool.... and being able to use that strength in everyday life is even cooler. This video was functional fitness at its finest. A decade in the gym doesn't just build muscle. It builds discipline. Consistency. Patience. The ability to stay uncomfortable longer than most people. That strength is transferable.... Because those same qualities developed in the gym can show up in business. Transferable strength is everywhere. Teaching makes you a better salesperson. Writing makes you a better thinker. Publi

You can't outsource your example. People are always watching. I watched a dad and his 5-year-old son complete a HYROX-style workout together. Running. Pushing the sled. Doing burpees. Cheering each other on. When it came time to do wall balls, the lad said, "I'll do 15... you do 10." One comment summed it up perfectly: "Kids copy what they see." Exactly. That's The Law of Modeled Behavior. People rarely become what we tell them to become. They become what we consistently show them. Children learn from watching. Employees learn from watching. Customers learn from watching. Culture isn

I thought the video was sped up. Then I realized... Some people are just operating at a level you've never seen before. The dude is punching a makeshift heavy bag, made of 4 hanging tires. His hands are moving so fast it honestly didn't look real. One comment made me laugh: "Daily reminder not to fight a random stranger." Funny... But also true. Because you have no idea what someone has been doing when nobody was watching. The quiet employee. The unknown startup. The creator with only 500 followers. The competitor everyone dismisses. You don't see the 5 a.m. workouts. The late nights.
