The roast
Naïlé spent years analyzing 2 million posts to figure out exactly what works on LinkedIn, only to land an engagement rate that suggests her target audience is a rounding error. MagicPost claims to handle everything you need to grow, yet she’s currently running a masterclass in how to stay invisible to 99 percent of her own followers.
About Naïlé
I've analyzed 2M+ LinkedIn posts. Not as a hobby. To understand what actually works on this platform. That research is the foundation of MagicPost, the LinkedIn content platform I co-founded in 2023 for solopreneurs, agencies, ghostwriters, and teams who take their LinkedIn presence seriously. Before MagicPost, I spent 11 years in B2B SaaS Growth. As CMO at lemlist and before that at PhantomBuster, I built marketing, sales, and data teams from zero, managed 15+ people, and helped drive 7x revenue growth in 3 years. The pattern I kept seeing: LinkedIn is the highest-ROI channel in B2B, and the worst-tooled. MagicPost fixes that. Content generation, scheduling, analytics, and employee advocacy, all through LinkedIn's official API and state-of-the-art AI.I've also trained 1,000+ entrepreneurs at Station F with Google on Growth Marketing. Here I share data-driven insights on LinkedIn content strategy, algorithm shifts and what they mean for creators, and lessons from building a SaaS company in the French Alps.

I used to think summer was the worst time to post on LinkedIn. The data says it's more nuanced 🫣 We analyzed 716,047 posts across 2024-2025. How to read it: ↳ We defined a Monthly impression score. ↳ Score of 50 is a normal month. So, what about summer? June sits at 50 → normal July slips to 48 → lower August drops to 44 → 2nd lowest after December Conslusion: summer is indeed softer. But only slightly. So no, I would not pause posting in summer. At least while I'm not ooo. What do you think of this analysis? Did you plan to post this summer? Let me know below 👇

LinkedIn penalizes AI slop. AI-sounding LinkedIn copy is killing your reach. That became very clear in 2026. For years, people worried about AI words. The bigger issue now is AI structure. LinkedIn is picking up repeated writing patterns, and some of them are dragging posts down by -4% to -7% versus that same creator's usual performance. And this penalty is new. Out of 11 common AI patterns, 4 are doing most of the damage: - “Stop X, start Y” or “the key is” advice frames - “Here’s how” or “Here’s what” openings - “The result?” style cliffhanger bridges - “It’s not X, it’s Y” lines No
