Hi, I’m Jami. I guide, activate and grow visionary brands. Nearly 30 years ago I took a little raw artistic talent and wide-eyed ambition and dove headfirst into advertising. After hundreds of clients and thousands of projects, sessions, and lessons, I discovered a core set of instincts that ground me everyday: focus, creativity, speed, and wisdom. I honed my focus over three decades by executing large, enterprise-wide projects, such as leading the digital marketing transformation and global rebrand for ScanSource. I learned discipline by systematically identifying goals and striving relentlessly to achieve them, all while doubling the marketing and sales teams for KeyMark. At 28, I developed speed by rapidly building an agency team to rebrand Ryobi and launch the first-ever power tool combo kit with Home Depot. Through it all, I gained wisdom through countless successes and failures, hitting rock bottom when Lehman Brothers, my largest client, collapsed. Today, I’m a multi-hyphenate marketer with a drive to make marketing matter. I’m the founder of Wonder, an agency that activates visionary brands with strategy, marketing + media. I'm a natural connector who loves building relationships and fostering opportunities. I’m an EOS purist that’s personally experienced vision + traction = healthy. Closing out a great day in Boise. Started the morning with Nathen Fox, worked a few hours at Trailhead Cowork downtown, had lunch with the rad Jax Mariash Mustafa talking marketing, Ecomm and AI, ended the afternoon meeting with Ben Johnson in his EOS Worldwide Session Room. It is true, great people make a great town. The work is down, now onto to floating down the river tomorrow and then watching the Half Ironman Saturday. Boise definitely isn’t boring.

Boise is a cool town. This morning I got to sit down with Nathen Fox in his Session Room, and it took me right back to the EOS Worldwide Conference in DC in 2025, when I first met Nathen in his Abundance Mindset session. Nathen built a life. Lost it all. Started over. Me too. His story connected deep in my soul. Because every entrepreneur has the deep, dark stretch of the journey. The part nobody posts about.
