I once watched a room of 50 business owners talk themselves into being forgotten. It was a networking event. The organizer asked everyone to stand up and say what they do. The first guy went for three minutes. Real estate, residential, commercial, leases, every service he'd ever touched. By minute two, people were checking their phones.
