The roast
Matty Piazzi claims he pivoted from skiing because he wasn’t top three, which is a convenient way to say he retired because he couldn't handle finishing fourth. It’s fitting he founded bpurple, a brand name that sounds like the noise you make when you finally realize your 80,000 followers are just bots waiting for the platform to delete you.
About Matty
Who am I? I grew up in a humble family, with very little, in one of the most beautiful villages on Earth: Moena, also known as “The Fairy of the Dolomites", in Italy. From a young age, I’ve always been drawn to three things: sports, wellness, and entrepreneurship.I didn’t fully understand why back then, but I always felt my future would be in one of those areas. I started with football, then discovered cross-country skiing at nine. My early results? Honestly, not great. But sport teaches you discipline, and that changed everything. By 18, I was consistently ranking in the top five in Italy in my category.A strong result, but not enough to turn it into a real career. At that level, top three is what matters. So at 18, I made a decision: my future wouldn’t be in sports. That moment pushed me to explore new paths. And that’s where everything started to shift.▶︎ 2013: Started out as a Personal Trainer at Body Energy Wellness Club in Verona, Italy. WHY do you eat what you eat at work? Here are 8 WHYs: 1. Hunger The hungrier you are, the harder food becomes to ignore. Skip lunch, and suddenly the vending machine starts looking much more interesting. 2. Environment You tend to eat what’s visible, available, and easy to reach. If snacks are on your desk all day, they become part of your environment. And eventually part of your diet. 3. Convenience When work gets busy, we usually choose the option that takes the least effort. A healthy meal that takes 20 minutes to prepare is competing with something you can grab in 20 second

Why is healthy eating harder at work? Here are 4 reasons: 1. Unhealthy options are easier Ordering pizza takes 30 seconds. Preparing a healthy lunch takes planning. 2. Here’s what I eat to help keep myself healthy: For my brain, I eat and drink: → Salmon, sardines, mackerel → Walnuts → Blueberries → Purple tea For my skin, I eat and drink: → Avocado → Blueberries → Walnuts → Purple tea For my gut, I eat: → Quinoa → Tons of veggies in many colors (broccoli, spinach, kale, asparagus, tomatoes, purple cabbage, carrots…) For my eyes, I eat: → Carrots → Spinach → Kale For my heart,
