This might be a crap analogy but it makes sense to me. AI is like a shiny new car. It’s tempting to use it for every journey, but you’ll soon regret it. There are plenty of places where walking is quicker than driving. Not to mention healthier. So the best thing to do is mix up your journeys. Drive when you have to, walk when you’re able to. Because the value of a car is getting you where you can't reach on foot, not replacing your ability to walk.
