The roast
Mandy quotes Liam Neeson because she thinks she’s chasing down lead kidnappers, but with an engagement rate of 0.25%, she’s really just a beach nomad waiting for a signal that never arrives. She claims she’s building an AI-powered future, yet her entire strategy is just 50,000 bots watching a lady pretend it’s 2012.
About Mandy
If you want to build a badass personal brand, learn the best ways to use LinkedIn to drive revenue, and want the easiest ways to stand out in a sea of sameness...Hi, I'm Mandy and we should be friends. “I have a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career.” And like Liam Neeson, you want me on your side. I help B2B founders and sales teams turn LinkedIn activity into real pipeline with a human-first system, custom AI tools, and a simple thirty minute a day rhythm. After founding my award-winning agency Mod Girl® Marketing in 2010 and specializing in LinkedIn for a good chunk of that, I've trained thousands of professionals and partnered with companies like T-Mobile, Brinks, Continental, and Pavilion.𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄: Standing out in B2B is harder than ever. Cold outreach doesn't work like it used to. The teams winning right now are leveraging LinkedIn and personal branding to build trust and pipeline - but most leaders don't have time to do it themselves. That's why I founded Luminetics, a division of Mod Girl®. We help B2B companies and leaders master LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to build authentic brands that drive pipeline.𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘂𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁: ✔ We've been in the LinkedIn trenches since 2015, before it was cool ✔ We've trained thousands through our 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿™ curriculum ✔ We built 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗪𝗮𝘃𝗲, the world’s first custom ChatGPT-powered GTM and social selling system that gives you the foundation, structure, and AI to build your brand and drive real pipeline while keeping every interaction completely authentic.Whether you need full go-to-market strategy and consulting, team training, a Sales Navigator workshop, or an AI system your people can use daily, we make LinkedIn systematic, scalable, and authentic. My work has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Inc., and HuffPost. I'm a regular guest on the Sell Better Daily Show and frequently keynote on LinkedIn and AI-powered go-to-market strategies.Want LinkedIn to drive real visibility, credibility, and revenue? When I first started Mod Girl Marketing, I would do anything to make my clients happy. Including going over scope and losing money. But, like Leslie Douglas mentioned in this episode of Your Future Biz... $5 to us and $5 to a company ... a wee bit different. Aka don't be afraid to say, "I'd be happy to do that. I'll send you a proposal later today." I was so excited to interview my girl Leslie for this episode, in her casa earlier this year. We talked about the common mistakes founders make and how you can avoid them. From being “too friendly” with clients to not setting boundaries and

I can explain zero-click marketing to you. Or I can just post Dolly to prove my point faster. Here’s what’s happening right now in marketing… Someone may see this photo and mention Dolly in a DM to me. Someone else is listening to my podcast, reading my LinkedIn posts, watching my YouTube videos, listening to me speak at a conference, or asking ChatGPT who to hire for LinkedIn training (spoiler: it’s me). Then a few weeks from now they send me a LinkedIn InMail (this has been happening a lot lately). And guess what? None of that path shows up in analytics. This is modern marketing.

Do I need to hire a web designer or just use AI? Asking for a friend. Meanwhile, I have a web design team working on the newest version of The Next Wave. But, I just created a website for my new course, Sales Nav Mastery in 20 minutes using Claude. Sure, it's not perfect yet. But it's pretty dang close. This was the 4th iteration Claude gave me. Meanwhile, I've been going back and forth with my web design company for 4 months now and it's still not live. That's more on me than them, because of all of the back and forth and their capacity with other clients. But it makes me wonder...s
