The roast
Jonathan claims his 1mind company focuses on AI business impact, yet his 0.16% engagement rate suggests he’s the only one in the room actually convinced by his own prompt engineering. He’s essentially a professional LinkedIn mime, posting 30 times a month to prove silence is a choice.
About Jonathan M
I'm Jonathan Kvarfordt, some know me as Coach K.I've spent 5+ years pioneering how GTM teams actually use AI. Not theory. Not "the future of work." The specific plays that move pipeline, shrink cycles, and let small teams act like big ones.My filter: business impact > learning tools. Most AI content is theater. I write the playbook.Today I lead marketing at 1mind, where we're building the systems of action that replace systems of record. Before that I led marketing at Momentum.io acquired by Salesforce by stripping friction out of how teams ran, same instinct, different domain. In December of 2022, I launched the GTM AI Academy where more than 10,000 people went through training (one of the first communities for AI-native GTM operators) and cofounded the AI Business Network. I host the GTM AI Podcast, where the people actually doing this work show their playbooks.Dad of twins. Based in Salt Lake City.

Us on one side. A well funded competitor that just got acquired on the other who may or may not be named after a certain pipeline criteria ;) Watch the first two numbers, because you'd swear we got crushed. Engagement: us 68%, them 31%. Meet

Everyone measures how much pipeline they have. Almost nobody measures how fast it moves. That number most people do not track is pipeline velocity, and it might be the most honest metric in GTM. When I was in enablement I used this in sales coaching and team performance and in that context we call it Sales Velocity as talked about by Kunal Pandya. Mark Roberge just talked about it on the Topline Podcast with Sam Jacobs calls it the revenue velocity formula. Four levers. Opportunities worked, average deal size, close rate, and sales cycle. or (Number of Opportunities × Win Rate × Averag

I know many people hours building skill.md files that made their work worse. I made this to help. Last month I tested 47 AI "skills" built to speed people up. 40 of them made the output worse. Slower. Longer. Dumber. Because they built the thing backwards, not because they were dumb. And I know what you're thinking: "I'm not technical, this isn't for me." It's the opposite. This has nothing to do with code. The great ones all did the same simple thing. They started with a process they already run in their sleep, and just wrote it down. The bad ones tried to be clever. They wrote instruct
