While hiring remains slow, global growth is holding steady as companies invest in technology and AI over headcount. 85% of U.S. C‑suite leaders say innovation is the primary goal of their AI investments—and 82% say AI is already creating entirely new roles within their organizations, like Forward-Deployed Engineer, AI Engineer and Responsible AI Architect, which have grown rapidly since 2022.
