The roast
Gary claims lawyers have a relationship problem, which is ironic considering he has ten thousand followers and only forty-two people give a damn what he says on any given day. He spent twenty-eight years mastering the art of being the guy at the bar nobody remembers talking to.
About Gary
Marketing your law practice can be challenging, expensive, and frustrating. Imagine having the plan to bring in ideal clients that energize you and that you do your best work. Is this possible? Absolutely!!! I help attorneys grow their book of business with ideal clients. I do this by creating a foundation (branding/messaging to a target market), strategies that are based on their strengths, and holding them accountable for growing their practice and doing it ethically. This allows lawyers to be more confident about their marketing…which leads to more money, more time, and more ideal clients. Here are some other benefits that attorneys get from working with me: ✔ They increase their revenues and cash flow ✔ They obtain easy, sustainable systems to market their service (even if technology changes) ✔ They are focused on doing the right marketing activities that will develop new business ✔ They save money by not wasting time or capital on marketing products that don’t work for either them or their target market ✔ Much more… For over 28 years, I have been developing the most profitable strategies that are customized for the individual. Having worked with so many types of attorneys, from corporate transactional attorneys to personal injury and estate planning to criminal defense…and everything in between. What makes me unique is that I develop customized strategies AND empower my clients on how to effectively implement those strategies. If your law practice is built on relationships and referrals, and you want more, let’s talk. We can explore whether my coaching services will be right for what you are trying to accomplish. I assure you that I will not pressure you. If it is not a good fit…the best thing is to part ways. However, if it is a good fit, we can do wonders together to build your practice confidently. Everyone wants consistency. Very few people want repetition. That's the difference. The work that grows a practice isn't usually exciting. It's the follow-ups. The conversations. The posts. The thank-you notes. The networking lunches. Done again. And again. And again. — This is one of the shifts we work on inside the Next Level Marketing Accelerator. We don't just help you build a strategy; we help you build one you can actually stick with. Our next cohort for attorneys and professional advisors begins September 2nd. If you're ready to build consistency that lasts, we'd love to hav

"I used to panic-network. Now I spend my time on 20 key relationships, and my revenue is higher than it’s ever been." That was one of the takeaways from our midpoint check-in with our March cohort of attorneys and professional service providers. Here is what else is happening inside that group right now: One attorney just signed a major client and had to hire a second contract lawyer to handle the overflow. Another is set to comfortably beat their annual revenue goal ahead of schedule. Members who used to dread entering a room full of new contacts are making confident, focused connections

Every person in your network has their own wins they're celebrating and challenges they're quietly working through. One of the best ways to get to know people beyond their job title is to spend time together outside of the office, conference room, or networking event. That's one of the reasons I always enjoy our networking hikes. When you're walking side by side instead of sitting across a table, the conversations tend to be more genuine. You learn about people's families, hobbies, goals, struggles, and what really matters to them. Those conversations build something that's hard to create
