The roast
Greg Wise spent his career selling billboards, which explains why his LinkedIn presence looks like a roadside advertisement nobody in the passenger seat actually wants to look at. He prides himself on modernizing archaic industries, yet he’s currently maintaining a 0.25% engagement rate—a level of relevance that makes a dying billboard look like a viral sensation.
About Greg
I'm the Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer at OneScreen.ai. I'm super passionate about modernizing out-of-home advertising - moving impactful marketing campaigns from the online digital screens to the real world. Alongside building OneScreen, I actively invest in real estate — focused on physical-world assets that drive long-term value and attention. Before founding OneScreen.ai, I was a founding member of the eCommerce team at Hubspot in 2010. As a startup within a startup, I helped architect the go-to-market strategies to scale the eCommerce team to up to 30 people within 5 years, selling Inbound Marketing software to D2C brands. Ironically, I sold against billboards for years…and successfully did so by becoming the top 1% of all global sales reps. It wasn’t until I transitioned into the physical world after HubSpot, where I founded Green Knight Funding, a private real estate investment fund for commercial and residential property that I realized the potential to modernize archaic industries that were still growing in revenue. While building my fund during nights and weekends, I went to work for the largest commercial landlord in the US and managed 5 million square feet of retail for Simon Property Group in New England. I'm a UW-Madison alum and a die-hard badger fan.

What's your moat? What's your competitive advantage? From 2010 to 2020, the answer was mostly "We have the best tech" or "Our website is designed perfectly for search engines to index our value prop - we can just outrank everyone else." But AI is forcing all of us to think about brand as part of the new moat. When information becomes a commodity, differentiation moves away from information and toward your actual memory. We have entered the 'Memory Economy'. The only thing that matters is whether a consumer explicitly remembers your brand before they open a chat prompt. At Onescreen, o

Replit is one of the fastest-growing tech companies on the planet. OOH is one of the channels they use to build brand equity, launch products, and announce events. It's a core component of their GTM playbook - as it is with so many high-growth tech companies in 2026. This campaign with Onescreen for their inaugural Vibecon was really well done: targeted, timely, tangible, thoughtful, tactical. So many more words that start with 'T'. Point is - they understand the power of OOH around key moments. Well done.

You're a fast-growing B2B company. You just raised $100M. You're hiring aggressively. Three new competitors popped up this quarter. Your product advantage won't last forever. Your brand might. So here's the question... If I told you an out-of-home campaign that cost under $100k could deliver: -59% higher LinkedIn engagement than previous campaigns -73% higher LinkedIn click-through rate -67,000+ video views and 200+ organic reshares -3x more video views than the company's previous best-performing campaign ...would you do it?
