Here are 8 things my should steal from our Multiplayer AI Setup at MKT1: 1. GitHub repos: Have a repo for your team and one for yourself, both installed as plugins. Whatever one person builds, everyone else has next time they open Claude. And with your own repo you can work off any computer and build cloud routines. 2. Let everyone build: Pick an owner, but let everyone build, even if they're just shipping small improvements.
