The roast
Elisa claims she’s mastered the psychology of the high-value deal, which explains why she spent twelve years practicing on people before deciding to charge them for a masterclass on how to do it. She’s essentially a professional arsonist teaching a seminar on how to build a campfire.
About Elisa
I didn’t follow the usual plan of college → job → repeat.Instead, I spent 12+ years in sales, closing $6M+ in deals and learning how people think, what makes them trust you, and how they make decisions. But after all that, I wanted MORE.So I started building my own business in tourism. I failed three times before I succeeded.Today, that business still exists and runs on its own.But even with that, I realized something:My real love, curiosity, and fascination has always been sales psychology. That’s where I grew, failed, learned and improved over the years. And that’s the direction I’m focused on now. Here on LinkedIn, I share everything I’ve learned:→ Sales psychology insights from real experience→ Stories, mistakes, and lessons from 12 years in the field → My journey of building my personal brand I tested things and learned the hard parts so you can get the simple version. If you want real talk, simple steps, and insights on how to make high‑value deals without being salesy. You’re in the right place. 💪🏼See you in the feed 🤍

Trying too hard to be empathic makes you sound fake. And that's how you lose trust. Back when I was in finance sales, I used to say these phrases all the time: "Totally get it" "Let me ask you a question" "Totally understand..." I thought I was professional and careless. But I sounded like a robot reading from a script. The clients felt it when the conversation was fake and showed less care for them. They gave me short answers, and they pulled back. Because those phrases signal one thing: You're not actually listening. And you're waiting for your turn to talk. But the prospect f

My mood used to follow my commission. Then I realized that was the actual problem Back when I was in real estate sales, every time I closed a deal, I felt like I had all the money in the world. I was feeling super happy. But when I wasn't closed anything, the opposite happens. I was sad and unmotivated. I didn't want to pick up the phone or talk with anyone. My mood was completely tied to my results. But then I was watching a friend of mine, who, by the way, is a trader. These kinds of people operate in a world where they win and lose money every single day. And I saw that they hav
