I get that LinkedIn reach is down, but that DOES NOT warrant adding a founder picture to every post. Yes, reach is down overall. And yes, founder photos are the best-performing media type on LinkedIn right now (just ask our clients at Hat Tip - we constantly hound them for more). But an ugly analytics tab isn't a license to add a selfie to a post talking about SOC 2 (especially for anyone selling to non-founders). In fact, I think using it in the wrong context is a negative signal (feels very algorithm-gamey to me). Instead, your post media should optimize what is landing best with what ma

10,000 followers! I remember having a pit in my stomach the first time I pressed "post" because I was scared of what people would think of me. Thankfully, my stubbornness about making the platform work trumped my shyness about what people would think of me for posting on it. 2.5 years later, this platform has helped me make a full-time living and lifelong friends. Deciding to post was one of the few things in my life I genuinely consider life-changing. Anyway, my hair is thinning but my desire is not.
