I mostly agree with this sentiment and like the concept of implementing effective "mechanisms" in a company. But, you need to be careful. If the people involved don't have good intentions, no number of mechanisms will save you. So my version of this would be: Ensure good intentions and then implement mechanisms to support them.

BREAKING NEWS: OpenAI launches new GPT 5.6 AI models. There are three levels: Sol (the biggest/smartest), Terra (medium-sized) and Luna (the smallest). So the question you're likely wondering is: Which is frontierest of the frontier models? Anthropic's Fable 5 or OpenAI's GPT 5.6 Sol? There are lots of smart people doing really smart benchmarking to answer this. Woo hoo! HubGrader hit 10,000 users in just 2 weeks. HubGrader .com is a free tool that helps you evaluate, elevate and celebrate your HubSpot usage. (Yes, I'm testing that rhyming tagline -- let me know what you think). Just posted a new update tonight that improves the analysis and recommendations. The tool also now has started linking to HubSpot Academy content that will help you learn about a feature you're using (or that you should be using). As always, feedback appreciated especially if you have ideas on how to make it more useful. I'm posting updates to the app at least once a day
