I've been thinking about learning lately. Not the "take a course to check a box" kind. The kind where you actually come out the other side seeing something differently. Where you don't just add "dots" to your inventory -- but connect some existing dots in creative ways. The kind of learning that compounds. Day 1 of HubSpot Academy's World Learning Week: 5,000+ people earned their participation badge. Nearly 400 showed up to live sessions. That number made me smile. (Also: every cert, course, or playlist completed this week contributes to a $25K donation to some education-oriented causes)

At the risk of being immodest, this gives me and Brian Halligan great joy. From the early days of HubSpot (almost 20 years ago), we thought: "We don't want to just build a great company, we want to build great entrepreneurs".
