The roast
Daniel Disney is the only man on Earth who named his company The Daily Sales because he spent a decade posting content so bland that every algorithm assumes it is a scheduled software update. He is essentially the LinkedIn version of a hotel elevator mirror—you only stare at him because you’re bored, you’re trapped, and you’re waiting for the doors to finally open.

10 reasons why salespeople should NOT have to do admin... (Starting with the one that matters most 👇) 𝟭𝟬. 𝗜𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗲. They all come back to these 👇 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴. Most salespeople talk themselves OUT of sales. They talk over customers and miss opportunities. When you listen more, you sell more. (Actual active listening, not pretending to listen!) 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴. No one wants to be sold to. But everyone has problems they want solved. When you "sell" it's about you. When you solve, it

I was once micromanaged so badly I nearly quit sales altogether. Every call had to be logged within 5 minutes. Every email had to be approved before sending. Every meeting needed a detailed pre-brief AND post-brief. My manager wasn't protecting me. They were suffocating me. And I've seen it happen to hundreds of salespeople since. Micromanaging doesn't protect your team. It works AGAINST them. Here's what it actually does: ↳ Kills confidence (they stop trusting their own judgment) ↳ Destroys creativity (why try something new if you'll get questioned?) ↳ Creates resentment (nobody wants
