The roast
Bonnie claims she’s a builder of better workplaces, yet she spends all day posting to an audience of 37,000 people who would rather quit their jobs than read her content. She’s the ultimate assistant to no one, currently managing a full-time career in the professional equivalent of talking to yourself in an empty boardroom.
About BONNIE
TEDx talk: "The Real Reasons People Quit" https://www.ted.com/talks/bonnie_low_kramen_the_real_reasons_people_quit I build confident and skilled ultimate assistants who are fully leveraged to benefit their leaders and companies, and have energized and gratifying careers. At Ultimate Assistant Training, I understand the power of strong and respectful business partnerships between leaders and the staff and what becomes possible. Better collaboration, communication, and connections happen when you work as a team. I bridge the gaps between executives and assistants to build the ultimate workplace together. The workplace is constantly evolving, and it’s very different from what we remember from 2020. That’s where I come in. I’ve had over 1,500 conversations with assistants, executives, HR professionals, and recruiters from all over the world, and I’ve gained a rare perspective and valuable knowledge about what is happening in companies. Putting this perspective to use, I’ve spent over 10 years offering solutions on how assistants, executives, and teams can work together to create the ultimate workplace. The results are long-lasting and sustainable. My services include: ➢Corporate Training ➢1:1 Training and Mentoring ➢Live and Virtual Courses ➢Live and Virtual Workshops ➢Keynote Speaking By helping employees and employers understand the power of strategic business partnerships, leaders and staff together can push the boundaries of what is possible. My work brings you clarity of purpose, increased productivity, higher retention rates, increased profits, and a happier workforce that feels respected, valued, and acknowledged. My global workshops and training sell out quickly and apply to medium and large-size businesses across industries worldwide. Featured in Forbes and TEDx, I've trained in 14 countries, and worked as the personal assistant for 25 years to Oscar winner Olympia Dukakis. The hard truth is that I hear stories of bullying pretty much every day. It is a traumatizing problem that has no place in the workplace, and yet it persists. Ending bullying is a leadership responsibility. Babitha Balakrishnan of HR.com asks the important question: who’s actually fixing workplace culture? Who indeed. Forever is unacceptable, isn’t it? It’s time to break the cycle of bullying. What does this look like in your company and in your experience? https://lnkd.in/g4ME6ZZz
