Here’s a fun game. What does Stripe do? I’ve asked this question to literally hundreds of people working in B2B software, and everyone says: “Payments” Or “Payments processing” I’ve asked this to executives and ICs alike, and they all say this. I usually follow it up by asking… “Do they ONLY do payments processing?” “Oh no, they do a bunch of stuff.” This exercise also works with other companies: I’ve asked many people “what is Salesforce?” And everyone says “CRM.” Nobody says “increase revenue” or “save time.” There is a very FUNCTIONAL position a B2B company needs to hold

There is nothing more disrespectful than a client offloading feedback to Claude. If we write your homepage and ask you for feedback... And you don't even bother to use your own brain to provide it... You might as well hand over your company to the AI agents. You are not a leader, and you do not deserve to have a business. A caveat: → I'm not talking about people who use Claude to help them evaluate something (I.e. "What about this specific objection that Claude raised?") I'm speaking specifically about people taking an output, giving it to Claude, and saying, "come up with feedback to
