unpopular opinion: your SaaS idea being "easy to build now" is bad news for you if you can build it in a week with AI so can 500 other people the moat was never the code its the audience, the niche, the boring stuff nobody wants to do AI leveled the building field which means the selling field just got brutal pick your niche like your life depends on it because your product kinda does
