I just crossed 380,000 LinkedIn followers. If I had to rebuild from 0, first thing I'd do: 1. Tell you to stop worrying about followers so much. This is my 5th year posting consistently. I got here early. Way before a lot of people wanna admit. Give it time. 2. Nowadays, follower counts don't matter as much. I see small accounts consistently outperform bigger ones. 3. Don't "be" consistent. "Stay" consistent. 4. Spend the majority of your time in the comments and DMs. These are things not dependent on the algo. 5. Share ridiculously good content. 6.
