LFG!! Notion I love this so much. Goes to show companies now look for a different set of skills. But I love how Notion is thinking differently about skill evaluation. Being AI-native is table stakes these days. But how do you gauge this? It’s not from a mock cold call. I can see this becoming a trend in the hiring process. We had candidates build creative Clay workflows as part of the hiring process. Great way to see how people think, problem solve, & articulate concepts. P.s. Hot take: your GTM Engineer should sit next to your best rep. Often times, it's not what leadership prioritizes that is most helpful to accelerate rep productivity. But most GTM Engineers and Ops sit elsewhere. The top reps will tell you: - What works the best - What creates the most drag - What data / research is most critical - Where they see gaps on the team The goal is to codify what the best reps do so you can raise the execution floor of your team.
