I wake up at 5am every day to get my workout in. YEAH RIGHT 🤣 Throwback to this picture from November 2025, back when I actually worked out consistently. You know, before the startup and two kids turned my training split into: Monday, max-effort panic. Tuesday, coffee, supersetted with more coffee. Wednesday, deadlift a tantruming toddler. Jokes aside, I really do love my (slightly chaotic) life.
