About Valentin
I am Valentin Radu (in case you forgot what's the name above) I'm based in Bucharest, Romania, and I've been in eCommerce for 20+ years.I started my first online business with $700. It became the biggest online car insurance player in Romania. That taught me three things: conversion rate optimization works, CAC keeps going up, and True Profit is the metric most brands ignore at their own expense. So I built Omniconvert. Over 5k businesses have run 80,000+ experiments on the platform. We work with brands like Patagonia, Orange, and Tempur. Along the way, we essentially created the building blocks for an eCommerce growth machine: combining CLV data, RFM segmentation, NPS, and A/B testing into one loop. I wrote a book about it ("The CLV Revolution") and launched the CVO Academy to teach it.But here's what I kept seeing: even with great data and great tools, most teams don't have the people, time, or speed to act on what the data is telling them. That's why we're building Nexus. It starts by ingesting everything: not just transactions and traffic, but the data most eCommerce brands collect and never act on: customer reviews, support tickets, NPS responses, returns data, ad performance, voice-of-customer signals. All of it. Then it connects that to a decade of CLV intelligence, RFM segmentation, and experiment results from Omniconvert and actually executes on it. Not "here's a dashboard, go figure it out." Nexus goes from insight to hypothesis to creative to live experiment, autonomously. Humans supervise. The AI operates. The metric we optimize for isn't conversion rate. It's True Profit. The philosophy is simple: stop giving people better shovels. Dig the hole for them.I also co-founded GTM Brigade: a LinkedIn engagement and lead generation platform, because I believe growth doesn't stop at the storefront. The same data-driven, experiment-first mindset applies to how you build pipelineIf you want to talk AI in CRO, CLV, experimentation, or autonomous growth: reach out. Always happy to exchange ideas!

Ads used to work. Now they don't, and you don't know why. SEO used to work. That demand isn't arriving through Google anymore. It's being settled inside a chatbot, in a room you're not in. Industry CAC is up 40% since 2023. 3 things are breaking at the same time, and they feed each other. 1. Your creative fatigues before you notice. You ship 10 to 20 ads a month. Meta needs closer to 100 to hold scale. That gap is the number one reason CPM climbs and CAC follows it up the hill. Most of it traces straight back to tired creative. Then the leak almost nobody is watching. 2. Ask an AI w

Everyone talks about the dashboard problem as a data problem. I think it's actually a confidence problem, and that's worse. A founder posted last week that their platform reported 800 conversions from one source. Real bookings: 33. The gap itself isn't what stuck with me. It's what a gap like that does to a founder over time. Once you've been burned by a number that lied to you, you stop trusting the next number too, even when it's right. I've watched this happen across thousands of brands over 13 years: founders start second-guessing every dashboard, every platform, every report, because on
