My whole career has been about how companies actually work: what people know, what they do with it, and what falls through the cracks in between. I spent 13 years as a revenue leader and built multiple businesses myself, and the same problem showed up in every company I walked into. The knowledge was there. Nobody could find the current version of it.Then I went all-in on AI and ran my own company the AI-native way. Agents doing real work, everything written down, my whole business in a growing pile of markdown files with a clever filing system on top. It worked, right up until it didn't. The files got too big to read, old decisions kept arguing with new ones, and I had become the librarian of a system only I understood.That is why I am building Hebbian: the memory your company owns. It connects everything your team knows and it stays current the way a real brain does. It never rewrites your knowledge, it reweights it. What your team uses gets stronger, what nobody touches fades. And every person gets a private brain next to the shared company one, with the privacy line enforced in the database, not in a policy.We live on it ourselves. Hebbian has run our own company in production since January: thousands of notes, tens of thousands of connections, people and AI agents reading and writing to the same memory every day. I would not ask a customer to trust a memory I do not trust with my own company.Right now I am looking for two kinds of people. Design partners: teams of 10-50 people and 50-500 who built their own company memory in notes and have started to feel it crack. You already believe, you have just hit the wall I hit.
