KC Holiday scaled a company from a garage to nine figures, yet he’s currently putting in the legwork of a middle manager just to convince 356 people that his consultancy named after a posh wolf isn’t just a glorified pyramid scheme for influencers.
About KC
9 out of 10 creators I know are building on a foundation they don’t own. They're trading posts for paychecks on platforms they don't control. One algorithm change and everything they've built disappears.Too many creators:- Rely entirely on brand deals that dry up overnight- Have massive followings but zero owned assets- Make good money today with no plan for long-term wealthThe "solutions" out there usually make things worse. Agencies that take a cut, courses that teach theory, partnerships that benefit everyone except the creator.I co-founded QALO (silicone wedding rings) and scaled it from my mom's garage to $100M+ in sales. Then I sold it.After that, I managed a $40M venture fund and advised 1000+ brands across every stage of growth, and grew a creator-led community from 0 to $15M in revenue (under two years)Now at Cashmere Wolf, we partner with creators and influencers to build companies they actually own. eCommerce brands, courses, communities, and mentorship programs that turn followers into real revenue.- You keep ownership- We bring the operating system to scale it- Your audience becomes your customer base, not someone else'sIf you're a creator sitting on a massive audience and you know there's more on the table, let's talk.

In the last few weeks, I've had sales calls with 3 completely different creators. One's doing $8-12M. Another's brand worked, then stopped. A third has a massive following. All of them are struggling with the same thing. 1) Running an $8-12M business, and stuck. The thing is, when you start, you don't need to be great at operations or conversion or finance to get going. But once it's working, you do, and that's the part they didn't build... - Conversion is broken - Finance is scattered - Hiring is a guess So now the website's a mess and the operations are held together with tape, and they

I once hired someone because I didn't understand a single word she said. I was 25, about two years into building QALO, and it was time to hire our first product developer. I had no clue how to tell whether someone was qualified. So my first hire Gregg and I googled interview questions the night before. The candidate walked in. She was bright, clearly out of our league and explained her process with one acronym after another. The first rule of improv is to always agree with your scene partner, and I ran the interview exactly that way. We nodded along, then walked her out telling her how im

A creator with 1.96 million subscribers spent six years building a merch line... ... And threw the entire inventory in the trash. It gets worse: she says she lost most of what she earned across those six years to this one business. Warehouse full of branded towels, slippers, mugs, aprons, and back scratchers. Around 50 products. Sales stalled, storage bills climbed, so she cleared the shelves and posted a photo of the empty room. Everyone pointed at the obvious stuff: - The prices ran higher than the supermarket version - The products were too ordinary to feel special Blaming the merch s
