Meta's change to its service conversation pricing is the reason you should never build your business around 1 platform. In 2024 we won our biggest contract ever and it was the worst decision we made that year. We won it outside of our sector focus of e-commerce and retail but at that stage we just needed money to survive another quarter. Who doesn't like a good ARR bump right? However, the project held back our first AI agent launch by at least 6 months which meant late to testing, late to market, late to everything.
