The roast
Christina spent twenty years in France just to tell American businesses that French people move slowly, a realization most tourists reach by the time they’ve finished their first croissant. She claims to have generated two billion dollars, which is a lot of money to be this bored on LinkedIn.
About Christina
Companies hire me when they're ready to stop guessing and start selling across the Atlantic. I'm Christina Rebuffet-Broadus, a bilingual, bicultural transatlantic strategic operator. American-born, France-based for 20+ years. I help European companies enter and grow in the US market, and American companies find the right distribution partners and channels in Europe, Mexico, Brazil, and Canada. Primarily in deeptech, medtech, industrial, energy, and agri-food. THE PROBLEM I SOLVE: You've built something that works at home. Now you want to cross the Atlantic. But the rules change when you cross the ocean, and most companies learn that the expensive way. French companies entering the US pitch the way they pitch at home, follow up the way they follow up at home, and wonder why American buyers go silent. American companies expanding into Europe hit the mirror: they move fast, expect quick closes, and don't understand why the handshake-deal stalls for months. Different markets, different codes, different timelines. The cost of getting it wrong: 1–3 years of wasted budget, burned relationships, and a market written off as "too hard." WHAT I DO DIFFERENTLY: I'm the strategic operator my clients bring in to do the work alongside them, not the consultant who hands you a market study and wishes you luck. I get in the trenches: I build the prospecting strategy, write the outreach sequences, shape the messaging for the cultural context, and work with you from first contact through signed deals. My methodology pairs 20+ years of bicultural fieldwork with AI-augmented targeting and outreach systems. AI does the heavy lifting. I do the operator judgment AI can't replicate: reading the room, decoding cultural micro-signals, being in the call when the deal moves. TRACK RECORD: Marquee clients include Cartier, Materne, and Teledyne E2V, alongside 40+ direct US-entry engagements and hundreds more SMEs and mid-market firms. Host of the biweekly podcast Crossing the Atlantic. Currently working on a book series on the hidden mechanics that shape business across cultural boundaries. 800+ articles published. Every client works directly with me, a senior expert, not a junior account manager. Ready to cross the Atlantic in either direction? Let's talk. I'll tell you in 30 minutes if I can help, what the path looks like, and what results to expect. 📱 +33(0)6 70 44 79 80 📧 christina@transatlantia.com 📆 https://app.iclosed.io/e/TransAtlantia/rdv-decouverte-US-fast-track

Raise your US price 22% and watch your win rate go UP. That's not a typo. Every French founder reads that and flinches. Raise the price and win more? It breaks the logic you grew up with. But it's exactly what happens once you stop pricing like you're still in France. One documented B2B case: a 22% price increase took win rates from 23% to 31% in six months (RevHeat, 2026: https://lnkd.in/eSX5U2QQ). The higher price was the reason. The bigger number repositioned the product from "cheap option" to "serious choice," and serious buyers leaned in. This week's series, in a nutshell: You p

An American competitor sells the same thing for double your price, and keeps beating you. This one drives French founders a little crazy, and I get why. You've got the better product. You priced it fairly. And there's some American competitor charging twice what you do for arguably less, and they keep winning the deals. It feels broken. It isn't broken. It's just the part of US pricing that's hardest to swallow from a French frame. In France, a high price had better be justified, or you look like you're taking people for fools. So French founders price modestly, almost out of resp

Your clean, transparent pricing page is the reason US enterprise never calls you back. 📉 European founders love a transparent pricing page. Three tiers, prices listed, no surprises. It feels honest. In the US enterprise market, it's quietly disqualifying you. Here's the mechanism: An American buyer lands on your page, sees "$499/month," and files you on the spot as a small tool, not a strategic partner. You've set your own ceiling before a single conversation. They were ready to spend ten times that on the right outcome. Your price tag told them not to bother. To a US buyer, a publi
