He is currently leading AI research for innovative solutions like Dailee or Enjoee and OptimumDesk, the first IT Full Service Management platform. The platform is now autonomous, resolving 40% of customer requests of an IT support center.He is also managing the day-to-day activity of Startech Team (Class IT Group), the biggest Romanian-owned IT services & support company.Bogdan had a significant contribution to the development of Internet access in Romania. He managed the operations of the second biggest ISP (PCNET) and improved the internet access for millions of Romanian users, both in terms of traffic speed and time to access. He installed the first root name-server mirror in Bucharest and built RONIX, the first local Inter-exchange network.Bogdan finalized his engineering master's degree in 2002 at the University Politehnica in Bucharest.
