The roast
Avdhesh claims to be an AI innovator, yet his engagement rate is a rounding error that even a basic chatbot would be embarrassed to report. He’s spent his career building systems that outlast him, which explains why he’s currently building a LinkedIn presence that’s effectively already dead.
About Avdhesh
My journey began as a founder. In 2013, I built Inetsyx Innovations, a software company that ran for nearly two years before failing. I later co-founded Engineering Innovations Research Lab, built it from the ground up, and eventually exited. The company continues to run today, reinforcing my belief that real entrepreneurship is about building systems that outlast individual involvement. At Conscent, I joined the founding growth team of one of India’s leading media-tech platforms, trusted by India Today, Indian Express, ABP, Dainik Jagran, Times Now, The Hindu, and 50+ media houses. My work focused on building the commercial and growth infrastructure required to scale a category-defining startup. Today, as CMO and CDO at Ken Research, I am helping transform a 15-year-old market intelligence firm trusted by 1,000+ enterprise clients across 196 countries into an AI-native global consulting firm. My work spans product architecture, brand repositioning, AI-led growth, MarTech, automation, SEO, AIO, GEO, SXO, AXO, content systems, lead qualification, meeting automation, and revenue infrastructure. At Ken Research, I have helped expand the product architecture from one business line to six, deploy agentic AI workflows across 200,000+ research assets, build autonomous lead qualification and meeting-booking systems, grow organic traffic 50x, and reposition the brand to compete with global consulting and intelligence firms. Across every chapter, my belief has remained the same: the gap between what a company is and what it can become is usually a systems problem. And systems can be built.

Over my recent conversations with investors, founders and strategy teams, one theme kept surfacing: India's Industrial market looks attractive, but not every large market is investable. The headline is hard to ignore: a $2.1Tn+ market across 11 sectors, growing at 9.9% CAGR. But size isn't the real question. The real question is where capital can still create an advantage. Some sectors offer scale, like F&B, logistics, advanced manufacturing, auto, and textiles. Some are being de-risked by policy, for example, semiconductors, drones, green hydrogen, and logistics. And some white spaces, like

India’s API manufacturing story is moving towards capability, integration, and supply-chain resilience. The competitive landscape is defined by three distinct business models: specialized CDMO/CRDMO players focused on discovery, complex chemistry, and flexible manufacturing; selectively integrated CDMOs combining custom synthesis with backward integration; and large integrated pharmaceutical companies controlling KSMs, APIs, formulations, and global commercialization.
