The roast
Tommy Clark runs an agency called Compound because that’s exactly what happens to his engagement rate every time he hits post: it continues to shrink until it’s barely a rounding error. He spent a year and a half helping 50 founders build an organic presence that resulted in a 0.30% engagement rate, proving he hasn't cracked the algorithm—he's just taught it how to ignore him.

I spent the last 3 months going HARD on content meant to recruit writers for my agency, Compound. It worked! We hired three great Content Writers. I’ve been slacking on long-form video content since I moved to NYC 3 months ago. I am pleased to report: We are so back. Like we never left. Except now I’m in a mid-tier rentable podcast studio instead of in front of my gorgeous bookshelf. We’ll figure that out. Anyway. Instead of sharing the link, I’ll just post the full video here (inspired by Anthony Pierri having a few long-form vids rip in the past couple weeks). Today, I’m walking you through my updated approach to founder LinkedIn content. The most common failure modes in founder content. How to build a strategy that maximizes impre
