Making money and keeping money are two completely different skills. Many people spend years focused on earning more, but very few spend the same amount of time thinking about how to protect and preserve what they have already built. That is why I found this conversation interesting. Building wealth often requires growth, risk, and opportunity. Preserving wealth requires a different mindset altogether. It means thinking beyond the next quarter or the next year and considering what will still hold value decades from now. The wealthiest people I have met tend to think in longer time horizons.
