The roast
Rebecca’s LinkedIn is just a corporate hostage note written in buzzwords, claiming she’s an expert in RepRisk while her entire brand is a masterclass in how to bankrupt a personality. She’s spent twenty years outsourcing teams to Bangalore, Manila, and Prague just so she doesn’t have to talk to anyone in her own time zone.
About Rebecca
🚀 Building Incredible Brand Reputation & Pride: With 20+ years’ strategic marketing communications leadership experience nurturing high performance teams (>120 people) in world-class companies (RepRisk, ABB, Hitachi, Akkodis, AFRY, RM, Standard Chartered Bank), I value a growth mindset. I have led teams in EMEA, APAC, USA and Brazil to deliver full funnel marketing campaigns across global audiences, resulting in high quality, inbound leads nurtured for sales conversion. Building clear value propositions is my strength, and I apply my client-facing enterprise bidding skills to translate solutions into client value and quantifiable ROI. To optimise and build scale, I have set up offshore and nearshore teams in Bangalore, Manila, and Prague. I love to build brand reputation for visionary companies that drive for purposeful innovation in the name of sustainable societies. 🏆 Shaping Winning Cultures: A connecting red thread is my passion for shaping winning cultures where people ‘from all walks of life’ can thrive and be their best self. My personal leadership style is energising and empowering. I played a strategic role in defining and shaping the Purpose and MarComm Strategy of M&A companies: ■ Akkodis (AKKA + Modis) ■ Hitachi Energy (ABB + Hitachi) ■ AFRY (ÅF + Pöyry) In 2019, my team were Gartner Communications Award Finalists: Shaping a High Performance Culture. 🤝🏼 Trusted Counsel to Executive Leaders: To date, I have supported five CEOs to deliver high impact, human-centric marketing communications strategies that deliver upon commercial growth goals in times of rapid change and transformation. I remain calm under pressure and retain a positive outlook. In my daily work, I remain grounded and stay close to the markets and clients, enabling front-line sales colleagues to succeed. 🌎 My Roots, Values and Philosophy: Born in Wales to hard-working teachers, my sisters and I were immersed in an environment of learning. Naturally curious and with a spirit for adventure, I am fascinated by culture and current affairs. I have built my career on a philosophy that MarComm and Technology can bridge divides to foster humanity. 🏔️ Out of work, you will find me in the mountains! My ‘off switches’: running ultramarathons including the Swiss Alps 100km, and trying my hand at Thai cooking. High energy, I earned three martial arts black belts. ➤ Industry Expertise: IT, AI, Data, Digital, Engineering, Tech, Banking & Asset management, Consulting, Energy, Pharma, Life Sciences, Medtech, Biotech, Automotive, Aerospace, Mining & Metals.

I am hoping for some assistance from my network connections. Specifically, I’d welcome a conversation with anyone who works for organisations and companies seeking opportunities to access and advertise. The document below outlines the potential for sponsorship of the England Cricket Seniors, together with details of the growing breadth of audience engagement. The forthcoming World Cup in Canada (August 2026) provides an ideal opportunity. Please take time to read the briefing document, and especially the audience growth across multiple social media platforms. You’d be partnering with an

Some companies can turn a broken coffee machine into a 14-month transformation journey. First comes the steering committee. Then the framework. Then the roadmap. Then the dashboard showing “coffee readiness” is trending upward. Meanwhile, the machine still says OUT OF ORDER. Corporate life is amazing. We can align 47 stakeholders around everything except the screwdriver. What is the most ridiculous “transformation program” you have seen for a problem one person could have fixed? #FutureOfManagement #ChangeManagement #CorporateCulture #SupervisionTrap

The sky is not as empty as it looks… Right now, there are more than 15,000 active satellites orbiting Earth. Around 10,000+ of them are from Starlink alone. The first satellite ever launched was Sputnik 1 by the Soviet Union in 1957. It was just a small metal sphere sending radio beeps back to Earth. For decades after that, satellites were rare, expensive, and mostly used by governments for science, military systems, weather, TV, and GPS. By 2019, humanity had only around 2,000 active satellites in orbit. Then SpaceX launched Starlink. First came 2 small test satellites in 2018. Then S
