Leadership Institute, a subsidiary of Forsyth Partners/Barry-Wehmiller. The company he founded, H3 Leadership, was acquired in March 2026 and still operates as an integrated part of Chapman & Co.. Through 25 years of first-hand, global executive leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies, Pat built a leadership model based upon what he observed actually working. This model focuses on leading with the head, hands and heart - creating leaders that bring out the best in those they serve, and ultimately drive superior results.Pat is known for his work on high-performance teams and leadership, with a long history of world-class organization culture transformation success at scale. As an executive at the largest medical technology company in the world, he was selected among 90k+ for some of their most prestigious awards, including the company’s top awards for inclusion (GIDE award) and leadership (Wallin award).Pat was a founder of the Ventilator Training Alliance (VTA), earning him and his team an international business award, a "2020 Medical Innovation of the Year," for saving countless lives during the COVID-19 pandemic. This unprecedented collaboration led to game-changing improvements for providers in over 200 countries.In 2013, Pat created Culture Circles and Leadership Labs - employee development and empowerment initiatives that transformed one of the largest companies in the world. The program has had a material impact on thousands of people, leading to higher engagement, less attrition and more fulfilling career growth.
