Facebook's old motto: "Move fast and break things." That works when you're breaking a news feed. It doesn't work when your AI agent is live on the phone authenticating customers, routing complaints, quoting policy. Here's the thing though: software engineers already solved this problem. Staging environments, version control, incremental rollouts, one-click rollback.
