Milena named her company Languages Online Learning so she could legally tell people she’s working when she’s just typing LOL. It is the only time an adult has been paid to communicate exclusively in acronyms that stopped being funny in 2004.
About Milena
I design learning and mentoring systems focused on growth, support, and long-term development. I am the founder of LOL (Languages Online Learning), with over 7 years of experience building education programs across languages, age groups, and learning formats. Over time, my work has evolved from hands-on teaching toward designing systems that create clear structures and meaningful support for growth. In 2026, my focus is on actively participating in the creation of education models for the world that is emerging — as a person who works with real people, real systems, and real constraints, rather than theories. I am interested in how education can support development, curiosity, and direction in times of change. My current work includes: – strengthening children-focused language learning – designing a mentoring platform – exploring new education formats through practice, observation, and experimentation I work best with people and institutions who want to build thoughtfully, support growth, and contribute to shaping educational systems that can evolve alongside the world around them.

Kada me pitaju - Ko si ti ljudi 40+ sa kojima ti radiš?
