Mahan describes himself as an architect of complex AI growth systems, yet his engagement rate is currently struggling to outpace a parked car. He claims to be building production-ready autonomous agents, which explains why he’s successfully outsourced his own content output to absolutely no one.

About Mahan

I build growth systems, and increasingly, I build them with AI. My background is in digital marketing, growth, and marketing operations, but over the past few years my work has evolved toward the intersection of marketing, product, automation, and applied AI. I’ve worked across B2C and B2B environments, leading initiatives in demand generation, content, SEO/SEM, partnerships, conversion optimization, and GTM execution, while also designing the systems that make growth repeatable, measurable, and scalable. What differentiates me is that I do not just use AI as a productivity layer. I design and productize AI systems that can operate in real workflows. Recently, I’ve been focused on building production-ready AI agents and AI-enabled operating systems for business use cases. This includes designing multi-step agent workflows, retrieval and RAG-style systems, prompt logic, evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, regression testing approaches, and telemetry layers that make AI outputs observable, governable, and tied to business KPIs. My goal is always the same: move AI from prototype to reliable execution. Alongside the AI layer, I still bring a strong operator mindset from marketing and growth. I know how to turn capability into adoption by connecting product, messaging, funnel design, automation, reporting, and execution discipline. I’m hands-on enough to build workflows, dashboards, and systems myself, but I think in terms of scale, operating cadence, and long-term leverage. A few areas where I bring the most value: Building and productizing AI agents for real business workflows Designing RAG/retrieval systems, evaluation rubrics, golden sets, and telemetry Creating automation infrastructure and reusable workflows, including large-scale n8n systems Building growth engines across content, SEO, lifecycle, funnel optimization, and GTM Translating strategy into execution through playbooks, dashboards, training, and operational discipline I’m especially interested in roles where AI is expected to do more than generate content, where it needs to be operationalized, evaluated, monitored, and connected to real business outcomes. The kind of work I’m most excited by sits at the overlap of AI agents, growth systems, automation, product thinking, and execution. If you’re building AI-first products, scaling growth with stronger systems, or turning AI from experimentation into production, we’ll probably have a lot to talk about.
