This one is hard to read but it's important to. The latest People Like Us research with Women in PR and Censuswide, covered today in The Voice, reveals that minority ethnic women face the sharpest workplace barriers of any group in the UK. 79% of ethnic minority women have experienced workplace issues in the last 12 months. 29% say their ideas have been ignored or dismissed until repeated by someone else. 67% say financial pressure linked to low or stagnant pay has harmed their mental health.
