No one should feel they have to change their natural hair to be seen as “professional”. I work in paid social. Which means I physically cannot scroll the internet like a normal person anymore. Every ad becomes: “Okay that hook is actually smart.” “Oof… terrible CTA.” “Interesting retargeting strategy.” “They’ve shown me this ad 14 times.
