Jeremy claims his best ideas come to him while swimming, which explains why his content is mostly bubbles and dead weight. He’s the only Social Media Manager who treats SwimOutlet like a career rather than a tactical way to hide from his own engagement metrics underwater.
About Jeremy
I get my best ideas under water! I love people, swimming, social media, and marketing. It's not uncommon to be swimming a few miles and thinking about my next Instagram or Twitter post. I believe social media and digital marketing brings the world together and that the right message at the right time has the power to change the world. Let's create content together that promotes positive change! I have a strong passion for community building, social listening and community engagement across all social channels. I love and interact with internet culture daily and possess a deep understanding of how people digest and engage with social content. I have experience tracking and reporting metrics, creating data-driven content strategies, and managing a content publishing calendar with multi-level approvals. When I am not working I spend time coaching swimming, helping in our Church, and hanging out with my beautiful wife and son. Areas of Expertise: Community Building, Content Strategy, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok), Social Media Communications, SEO, Marketing Strategy, Social Media Advertising, Copywriting

Hot take: Some of the worst social media content I've seen came from incredibly talented creative teams. Not because they lacked talent. Because they were chasing perfection while social media was rewarding speed. Too many revisions. Too many approvals. Too much polishing. Social doesn't reward the most perfect content. It rewards the most relevant content. And sometimes the biggest thing killing social performance isn't bad creative. It's a creative process that moves too slowly.

Huge thank you to Ross Mackay for taking a chance on me. And to Matty Martin and Sam Wells for continuing to invest in me, trust my skills, and give me the opportunity to help grow and connect this incredible community. It’s been so much f
