The roast
Paula Fontana posts fifty times a month to explain how to turn disruption into capability, which is a very fancy way of saying she writes LinkedIn fan fiction for people who enjoy reading their own LinkedIn profiles. It’s an impressive volume of content for someone whose entire business model relies on companies being too chaotic to notice she hasn't actually said anything yet.

Everyone is talking about AI productivity but HBR’s latest research shows something much bigger is happening: People are not using AI primarily to do work. They are using it to think for them and be their life companion. Analysing AI use cases from a database of nearly 50’000 “social listening “ records, HBR found the breadth and depth of AI usage continues to grow and unlike with previous technology waves, people use AI as more than just a tool.
