The roast
Fadzli’s entire LinkedIn bio is just a word salad of buzzwords designed to hide the fact that Abrar Labs is basically a LinkedIn automation script with a pulse. He claims to be at the intersection of AI and growth, which is tech-speak for letting a bot spam DMs while he naps.
About Fadzli
Since 2017, I’ve been operating across growth, digital marketing, SaaS, fintech, and e-commerce — helping businesses scale through performance strategy, operational systems, and data-driven execution.Over the years, my focus evolved beyond traditional marketing into the intersection of growth, AI, and technology infrastructure. I spend a significant amount of time working closely with AI workflows, automation systems, product thinking, and technical experimentation to improve operational leverage, execution speed, and business scalability. My experience spans working across SMEs, startups, and enterprise environments to navigating fast-moving operational landscapes where growth, execution, and intelligence systems need to move in sync. I’m particularly interested in building intelligence architecture that connects data, workflows, AI-assisted operations, and decision-making into scalable systems that enhance how organizations operate, adapt, and grow.Today, I operate at the intersection of Head of Growth and AI Operations, combining growth strategy, systems thinking, and emerging technologies to build adaptive business engines for modern organizations.

Last night, I stepped into the role of a BI Analyst and used Copilot to answer questions from a Power BI semantic model (in my own tenant using synthetic data). I followed the steps I drafted below to prepare the semantic model to be AI-ready. This activity involved making sense of columns, explicitly exposing the right measures, building clean relationships, writing AI-readable descriptions,
