The roast
Bariduura claims connecting with him might get you hired, yet he has posted 43 times in a month to reach an audience smaller than a regional funeral. It is cute that he labels himself a founder, but anyone whose primary business output is an unread daily LinkedIn post is just a professional houseplant with a Wi-Fi connection. Probably a CEO is exactly the kind of bio you write when you realize your biggest recruitment success was tricking yourself into believing you have a job.

If you don't live in the vicinity, are not willing to relocate, and the job explicitly asks if you will move, do not submit the application. You are wasting everyone’s time. You are racking up more rejection emails that you don't need, while wasting the recruiter's time, energy, and resources. If you see
