The roast
Aseem manages digital strategy for a burrito chain, which explains why his own online presence has the shelf life of a two-week-old taco and the engagement metrics of a bathroom stall graffiti artist. Being ranked 11,828th at his own job is a bold way to prove he knows exactly what a failing campaign looks like.

For me, it was the creative side. But I have always sat somewhere in the middle: part creative, part data-driven, not pretending to be the world’s best at either, but very comfortable connecting both to business outcomes. That might be the bit we have lost. Twe

Smart people can impress you. But kind and humble people? They transform you. Because working with smart people is great… But working with smart and kind and humble people? That’s next-level amazing. I’ve worked with brilliance that felt like a spotlight. Sharp mind. Fast answers. High output. But the room felt tense. Every question felt risky. Every mistake felt expensive. Every meeting felt like an exam you didn’t study for. (And somehow the “smartest” person always had time to remind you they were the smartest. 😅) WHAT: Then I experienced a different kind of team. Still smart.
